Job Duties:

• Develop and maintain exceptional VB .NET Windows applications and services for our clients under limited supervision.
• Learn and adapt to new or changing technologies, requirements, and processes.
• Deliver enhancements to existing solutions based on functional and design requirements in a timely fashion.
• Review complex issues alongside senior developers to learn best practices, investigative troubleshooting processes to determine root problems, and propose creative solutions.
• Take initiative when given a task, drive towards solutions and seek assistance in a timely manner when appropriate.
• Communicate with others across departments and multiple organizational levels.
• Work collaboratively in a global, diverse team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
