ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: This position employee will play an active role throughout the project lifecycle (e.g. solution analysis and development, configuration, testing) while working on roll-out projects with Workday. Support solution design activities (e.g. requirements gathering, system analysis, system design) Support team on key activities within the software implementation project life-cycle Support development or modification of application programs based on standard procedures and techniques Participate in solution testing activities Develop solution related documents such as processes, requirements, desktop procedures, etc. Key-User for Workday India (2nd Level-Support) & support the global 2nd/3rd Level support team What You’ll Need to Succeed? Good analytical and problem-solving skills Fluency in English required Functional knowledge in minimum one Workday area (Core HCM, Talent, Learning, Recruiting) Hands-on support activities or configuration Strong communication skills in English Self-motivated Ability to work independently and efficiently QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s degree Workday certification a plus. EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years of work experience with Workday or other HRIS platform. Candidates with experience in HCM Core, Recruiting, Performance and Goals most preferred.
