Role: Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)

Job description:

1. Refer to journey strategies and build customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer, leveraging data insights, segmentation, and personalization techniques.
2. Design and implement automated marketing campaigns and communications across various channels, including email, mobile, web, and social media.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives, KPIs, and success metrics for journey optimization initiatives.
4. Create and manage customer segments based on demographic, behavioural, and transactional data, ensuring relevance and effectiveness of marketing efforts.
5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
6. Work closely with the analytics team to track customer engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
7. Work with Client teams to provide training to internal teams on workflows, and best practices.
