Role: AEM Tech Lead

Location: Any (but priority is Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai)

Job Description:

1. 10+ years of experience in development, application architecture, Low level design etc.
2. Strong experience and understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, Enterprise Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate
3. Have performed architect role in minimum two AEM 6.3 x projects.
4. Minimum 6+ yrs of experience in AEM 6.3 development
5. Deep understanding of Java, Java EE, Servlets, JSP, Tag libraries, and JSTL skills, combined with a
6. Deep understanding of all AEM building blocks including templates, components, touch UI dialogs etc. and AEM development
7. Deep understanding of Sightly (HTL), Sling Models, Queries, OSGi services and components
8. Deep understanding of the AEM Sites deployment, Dispatcher Configuration, Clustering and fragmentation.
9. Having hands on experience in design, code review implementing Adobe coding standards, guiding the team and ensuring the scope is delivered on time.
10. Experience with core web technologies Java, HTML5, CSS3 and attendant technologies and data exchange protocols like JSON and XML, XHTML, Client Server-Side
11. Having experience in scripting languages such as JavaScript, JSP and web services development using RESTful and SOAP-based web services
12. Application development, distributed application development and Internet/Intranet based database applications
13. Very good communication skills, influencing & negotiation skills
14. Good understanding of and hands- on development experience with relevant "Java CMS" frameworks including Apache Sling for content- centric application development, JCR and JSR- 170 / JSR- 283 for Content Management, JSR- 168 and JSR- 286 for Portal development, and Apache Felix for OSGi bundle development.
15. Good Understanding of Integration with other Adobe Marketing Cloud Products like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target etc.
16. Diagnoses and solves technical problems related to content management such as search result accuracy, dynamic content linking, formatting, image scaling, internationalization, and personalization
17. Good Understanding of Latest Features in AEM
