Role: Agile Project Manager

Location: Pune / Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai

Experience: Overall 8+ years, Relevant: 2+ years (As Project Management at least 02 Years exp required & exposure to Agile & scrum)

Job Description: 

• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, and other TPM tools
• Deep understanding of all SDLC phases
• Experience in: 

1. Managing globally distributed cross functional teams and delivering projects as per committed timelines
2. Creating and tracking project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies (internal and external)
3. Providing project level progress updates across platform to different stakeholder across the globe
4. People management, costing, effort estimation, planning, and budgeting
5. Removing impediments of the Development Team’s
6. Motivating others to deliver exceptional performance and long terms results
7. Working with senior leadership and development teams
8. Leading the end to end project delivery including definition, planning, execution, implementation, governance and control, financial, resource and change management
9. Getting buy-in from the senior leadership and sponsors as per need basis
10. Facilitating all scrum events/ceremonies and tracked different metrics

• Excellent communication, writing, negotiation, decision making, problem solving and observations skills
• Good understanding of Agile and Scrum theory and best practices
• Worked with product owners, BAs, architects and other stakeholders to maintain healthy product backlog
