Agile Project Manager

Experience: Overall 8+ years, Relevant: 2+ years

·     Tools: JIRA, Confluence, and other TPM tools

·     Deep understanding of all SDLC phases.

·     Experience in

o  Managing globally distributed cross functional teams and delivering projects as per committed timelines

o  creating and tracking project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies (internal and external)

o  Providing project level progress updates across platform to different stakeholder across the globe

o  People management, costing, effort estimation, planning, and budgeting

o  removing impediments of the Development Team’s

o  motivating others to deliver exceptional performance and long terms results

o  Working with senior leadership and development teams

o  Leading the end to end project delivery including definition, planning, execution, implementation, governance and control, financial, resource and change management.

o  getting buy-in from the senior leadership and sponsors as per need basis

o  Facilitating all scrum events/ceremonies and tracked different metrics.

·     Excellent communication, writing, negotiation, decision making, problem solving and observations skills.

·     Good understanding of Agile and Scrum theory and best practices.

·     Worked with product owners, BAs, architects and other stakeholders to maintain healthy product backlog.
