Job description:

We're looking for an experienced Java developer to join our growing CRM team. This dynamic position

will focus on building, integrating, testing, and deploying custom technology solutions into and within Salesforce, and provides an excellent opportunity for experienced Java developers to get into the ever- growing Salesforce ecosystem.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must have strong experience with Java development, with a good understanding of its ecosystems
2. Thorough knowledge of coding best practices, and general OOP concepts and design patterns
3. Familiarity with different design and architectural patterns
4. Skill for writing reusable Java libraries
5. Knowhow of Java concurrency patterns
6. Understanding of the concepts of MVC (Model-View-Controller) Pattern, JDBC (Java Database Connectivity), and RESTful web services
7. Ability to write clean, readable Java code
8. Knowhow of class loading mechanism in Java
9. Experience in handling external and embedded databases
10. Understanding of design principles behind a scalable application
11. Skilled at creating database schemas that characterize and support business processes
12. Knowledge of JVM (Java Virtual Machine), its drawbacks, weaknesses, and workarounds
13. Ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests
14. In-depth knowledge of code versioning tools; for instance, Git.
15. Understanding of building tools like Maven, Gradle, etc.
16. Expertise in continuous integration
17. Experience with advanced APEX programming concepts including core design patterns, limits and bulk patterns, and efficient, reliable trigger handling preferred. Asynchronous operations will be considered an advantage.
18. Experience working with Force Bulk API and the Metadata API is preferred

1. Strong interest in creating unique solutions which directly impact business success is a plus
2. Strong interest in automation and business process improvement endeavors is a plus
3. Interest in building a career within the Salesforce ecosystem, including the opportunity to obtain multiple industry-recognized certifications, is a plus
4. Good English skills, as well as good verbal and written communication skills
5. A passion for working within an Agile development methodology and collaborative team environment
6. A detail-oriented approach prioritizing great quality of work and high standards
7. Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage several projects per sprint
8. Interest in learning Salesforce Lightning Experience components is a plus
9. Experience with relational databases and SQL is a plus
10. Experience with Visualforce, Triggers, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), Force Bulk API and Metadata API is a plus
11. Web Technologies like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery is a plus
