Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce CPQ Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions to support our sales and quoting processes. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce CPQ, as well as a deep understanding of sales operations and pricing strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop Salesforce CPQ solutions to streamline sales processes, automate quoting, and enhance pricing strategies.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and IT, to gather requirements and understand business needs.
3. Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ applications to meet specific business requirements, including product configuration, pricing rules, and discounting.
4. Develop and maintain Salesforce CPQ integrations with other systems, such as CRM, ERP, and billing systems.
5. Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce CPQ functionalities to improve user experience and system performance.
6. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Salesforce CPQ solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
7. Provide technical expertise and support to end-users, including training, documentation, and troubleshooting.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce CPQ features and industry best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements.
9. Collaborate with the Salesforce development team to integrate Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce Clouds, such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
10. Participate in system deployments and migrations, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce CPQ Developer, with a proven track record of successfully implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions.
3. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing, quoting, and contract management.
4. Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components for custom development and system integration.
5. Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and web services for integrating Salesforce CPQ with external systems.
6. Solid understanding of sales operations, pricing strategies, and quoting processes.
7. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and other Salesforce Clouds is a plus.
8. Salesforce CPQ certification is highly desirable.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
10. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
