Role Description:

1. Develop relationships at all levels within client digital marketing, optimization, and personalization teams and maintain regular and appropriate communication with customers at all organizational levels, from engineering teams to executives
2. Advise key customer stakeholders on areas of improvement and focus, and drive customer digital marketing success rooted in the customer’s most important business drivers
3. Partner with customers to understand, gather, and document project-specific business objectives and requirements, user stories, key performance indicators, and other functional and/or technical requirements, and assist as part of a team to deliver against those objectives
4. Lead and collaborate within a cross-functional team of architects, customer stakeholders, marketers, data scientists, technical team members, and other subject matter experts to help design, implement, manage, and run data measurement and analysis, optimization, and personalization solutions and programs
5. Design and create customer, multi-channel, and digital analytics reporting, applying a wide range of analytic and consultative techniques to uncover, highlight, and present potential opportunities. Create clear observations, analysis, recommendations, and conclusions and effectively present and evangelize them with customers
6. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve business, website and/or marketing program performance. Help customers further understand and fully utilize Adobe Marketing Cloud capabilities and the transformative power of digital marketing, helping customers build capabilities and manage change
7. Manage the day-to-day delivery of small- to mid-sized engagements, including maintaining a project plan and status reporting, and overseeing the delivery process to keep projects on track (e.g., deliverables, milestones, resources, and costs), managing customer expectations and scope, and identifying and mitigating risks

Requirements:

1. Experience in marketing, customer behavior, database marketing, website or marketing optimization, online marketing, campaign management, email marketing, affiliate marketing, search engine marketing, and/or related digital marketing analysis roles, typically in an agency or consultancy setting
2. Innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
3. Understanding of customer and digital marketing data and segmentation opportunities, and various measurement and analysis techniques and technologies
4. Knowledge of integrated marketing and customer relationship management disciplines
5. Working knowledge of how the Internet and web sites work to increase customer acquisition, loyalty and business KPIs
6. Understanding of enterprise Internet business models and online processes, terminology, concepts and strategies
7. Self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success
8. Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills – both verbal and written
9. Expert knowledge of Adobe Analytics or a competitive equivalent
10. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
11. Understanding of other data storage, modeling, and analysis packages (R, SQL, Python, or SPSS, , etc.)
12. Some travel required
