Role: API Test Case Developer (unit/system testing)

Experience: 5 to 6 years

Location:  Bangalore

Job Description:

1. Become familiar with Discovery outputs to understand the Vehicle connected Services scope and Regional Gateway components
2. Work closely with API Architects, Developers and AWS Developers to understand technical solutions
3. Develop integrated test cases to cover E2E technical scope
4. Coordinate testing across integrated teams, identify data requirements and assist in environment set-up and test data creation
5.  Organize and post all testing and design documentation to shared repositories
6. Experience in testing functional / non-functional test cases using SOAP/ POSTMAN for APIs
7. Able to Create Test Report / Test & verify non-functional KPIs for volumetric based on throughput and other factors for each API
8. Comfortable in using devops CI/Cd pipeline for promoting test code to upper environments by running and promoting based on approval test cases
9. Well versed in preparing test data based on use cases , Able to test End 2 End functionality by coordinating with all stake holders and dreive Integration Testing
10.  Coordinating with business stakeholder for deriving UAT test cases and validating /supporting UAT testing
11. Comfortable in verifying security vulnerability for APIs developed and report bugs/issues.
12. Able to utilize test report tool such as Jira /  ticketing system for reporting issues and generating test reports
