Role: Apps DevOps

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Location: Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Implementation of new pipelines, extracting data from remote systems, making requirements for data parsing and visualisation of data, Ability to oversee and mentor less experience DevOps engineers, as well as report to management.
2. Deep experience in managing CI/CD pipelines, building code, running tests (CI) and safely deploying new versions of applications (CD).
3. Solid troubleshooting experience with Docker, Kubernetes and microservices architecture
4. Extensive experience with version control systems like Git Strong scripting and coding skills (Python) for automating repetitive tasks and ensuring smooth software deployment by running tests and diagnostics. 
5. Familiarity with a broad portfolio of AWS infrastructure tools and experience with cloud infrastructure management and automation technologies (Terraform, Ansible) Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins.
6. Solid knowledge of monitoring tools, Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana Work closely with the development and infrastructure teams to analyse and design solutions with four nines (99.99%) up-time, globally distributed, clustered, prod and non-prod virtualized infrastructure.
7. Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics. Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and tools Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Atlassian)
8. Stay up to date with constantly evolving DevOps landscape and industry best practices
9. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player and good time-management skills
10. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
