Role: Apttus CLM Admin

Job Description:

1. Functional understanding of the CLM processes & design solutions to map it to business processes

2. Background of Salesforce Administration or Development with Apttus CLM knowledge/ certification & expertise in XAC template administration

3. Actively participation in the discovery/ workshops to transform the traditional paper based or manual playbook instructions & deliver the effective contract templates using Apttus XAC core capabilities

4. Collaborate with Product Management, Legal Ops & Procurement legal in order to identify & breakdown key administration tasks

5. Well versed with Apttus CLM data model along-with good hold on MS word formatting & XAC optimal template design tactics

6. Must know the key XAC concepts - Merge/ Smart fields, Standard/ Smart Clauses, Dynamic Document Assembly, Agreement clause, Term Exceptions, Approvals,etc.

7. Troubleshoot the CLM template related issues & can drive the resolution independently

8. Lead the template administration from scratch till the production migration & plan/ train the legal teams if needed

9. Can handle template migrations using Apttus Migration manager or other tools independently
