Role: Architect – ECM OpenText Suite

Band: Band C1

Primary Skill (Technical Skill): OpenText 16.2.x – Suite

Experience: >8 years

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Develop OpenText Suite Architecture
2. Installation and configuration of OpenText 16.2.x
3. Exposure to xECM with integrations to Outlook andO365
4. Experience and exposure of working on various
5. OpenText modules such as Front End server, Adminserver, Archive center, OTDS, SSO Integration
6. Integration with SAP Applications
7. Mobile enablement with Core, ECM Anywhere
8. Participate in business meetings with various stakeholders on a need basis for requirement gathering
9. Understand the scalability and performance requirements and design the landscape according tothe requirements
10. Provide inputs to Environment setup (Operatingsystem, Database basics)
11. Should be able to operate with minimal direction
12. Working along with the 3rd party stakeholders of the customer ensuring a smooth functioning of the systems
13. Exposure to Onshore / Offshore implementation model

Must have:

1. Experience in developing OpenText Architecture
2. Exposure to Installation
3. Administration upgrade of Opentext from 10.5 version to 16.2.x
4. Designing various OpenText Modules
5. OTDS Implementation and SSO Integration
6. Have hands on experience with largescale migrations
7. Exposure to cloud infrastructure
8. Backup and recovery
9. Disaster Recovery
10. Strong customer orientation with the ability to manage challengingrelationships.
11. Process oriented with an unrelenting drive for continuous improvement
12. Doing Performance tuning & setting the correct parameters.
13. Handling major incidents and customer escalations
