Role: AS400 Developer

Location: Offshore

Job Description:

Existing modules:

1. Daily monitoring of support tickets escalated to central support team. This includes maintenance and support in reporting
2. Continuous support in suggesting system enhancements demonstrating full understanding of process and system knowledge which results in better employee experience
3. Responsible for testing the system as part of enhancements, periodic updates from product owner and any process changes
4. Provide end to end support of existing implementation of AS400 and related integrations
5. Responsible for critical auditable system documents like Access Provisioning, audit logs and ensure these are always up to date

Systems implementation and optimization:

1. Support the implementation of all new requirements by providing design and integration inputs, testing and deployment
2. Ensuring system testing, deployment and migration is always adequate with minimal down time and the highest level of accuracy 2
3. Generation of system guides and training documents to facilitate knowledge base for payroll team

Support Payroll Team:

1. Support the Human Capital Business Partners for their respective Business units in all queries related to payroll systems, liaise with vendors and IT Department for any technical related issue

2. Work with Payroll Admins to ensure compliance with payroll legal requirements and country laws

Minimum Qualification/Education/Experience Required:

1. AS400 / RPG, RPGLE knowledge is required
2. Payroll operation skills are required
3. Basic knowledge of SQL
4. Data Integration skills are advantage
5. Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in AS400 (IBM iSeries) implementation and/or support role
6. Experience with implementations in GCC countries will be preferred
