Job description:
Role Career Band: Group B2
Essential skill: JIRA L2
Responsibilities:
- Expert level Atlassian tool administration knowledge on JIRA, Confluence and Bitbucket. Nice to have - Crowd.
- Provide advance JIRA administration and support, configure and build complex workflows via native JIRA capabilities and customization.
- Gather requirements for business processes, and determine ways to optimize/improve JIRA/Confluence/Bitbucket build and configure; workflow, screen, and schemes, as well as identify where functionality can/ cannot meet user requests
- Implement procedures and best practices troubleshoot, identify, and resolve JIRA issues reported by end-users
- Perform bulk changes and CSV imports
- Interact with stakeholders gathering requirements, developing solutions to business processes and leverage features of the platform to provide innovative solutions.
- Project creation and configured on JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Artifactory and Jenkins.
- Expert Eazy BI
- Should be able to create branches and manage branch permissions using Bitbucket.
- LDAP integration experience required to troubleshoot issues.
- Ability to write custom JQL (Jira Query Language)
- Good to have working knowledge of Jenkins and Artifactory.
- Good to have Atlassian Certification on Jira Administration (ACP-100).
- A desire to be a high-producing team player for working in a highly collaborative and changing environment
- Must have strong work ethic with good time management skills.
- Prior working experience on Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline; or master’s degree.
