Work Location: Pune/Pan India

Work Experience: 8-12 yrs

Key Responsibilities:



1. Analyze and understand customer’s environment for scope of automation.
2. Plan, Design & implement Automation Led solutions using Aternity, Lakeside SysTrack, Avolin, NexThink & other vendors.
3. Should be an expert in PowerShell
4. Should have worked on RPA solutions.
5. Integrate ITSM platforms with automation solutions
6. Should be able to work extensively with pre-sales team for proposals.
7. Utilize the APIs exposed by various vendors to integrate multiple solutions
8. Think out of the box to enable solutions that are not directly provided by the OEM
9. Review and edit requirements, specifications, and processes related to the monitoring of devices
10. Deliver informative, well-organized presentations and data analysis
11. Provide support for ad-hoc analysis requests
12. Translate large & complex data into effective automation requirements

Skills required to contribute:

1. 7+ years demonstrated strong technical experience in designing and implementing automation solutions using SupportSoft, Aternity, NexThink and other OEM tools.
2. Strong practical experience on PowerShell and other scripting languages
3. Bachelor & Degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
4. Experience in writing thorough and concise functional and design specifications as well as easily readable end user documentation.
5. Understanding of emerging business and technology trends in analytics and automation
6. Must be able to brainstorm with others, thrive in a collaborative team environment, multitask, and quickly adapt to change.
7. Previous consulting/professional services experience is must
8. ITIL Foundation Certification
9. Relevant OEM Certifications (Aternity, NexThink)
