Primary Competency: Test Engineering

Skills: Selenium

Experience: 6 years

Other Skills:

1. 7 to 9 years of experience in planning, leading and managing Testing projects
2. Experience on Payments and testing on Payments applications
3. 6 years of experience in Selenium
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
6. Working knowledge of ORACLE PLSQL queries and other related operations

Responsibility:

1. Identify and review test plans, test cases and testing results to ensure documents are updated efficiently and test reports are communicated to broader teams.
2. Ensure that systems are tested to meet their intended purpose based on requirements and the design
3. Define manual and automated testing best practices, code standards, processes and procedures, including frameworks to standardize testing.
4. Diagnose complex issues, evaluate, recommend and execute the best resolution.
5. Report and define trends. Track quality assurance metrics such as QA team member velocity, total test case candidates, total test cases, failure/pass rates for program(s) to leadership and stakeholders
6. Review resource estimates, work effort, dependencies needed to achieve project goals, identifying risks and guiding mitigation plans, effectively engaging, communicating and collaborating
