Job Description:

The Azure Active Directory architect profile in the IAM Tower will be a proven self-starter with the ability to problem solve, communicate, and participate in diverse project teams from a technical perspective, and interface effectively with customers, vendor partners, and colleagues.  Candidate will possess a strong understanding of IAM in general, and Access Governance/Azure Active Directory’s suites of products specifically. This person filling this position will be expected to successfully participate and lead Azure Active Directory deployment projects in a billable capacity and provide thought leadership internally while helping to consistently improve the Azure Active Directory portfolio.

 Total of 10-12 years of relevant experience into Identity and Access Management Domain.
 A minimum of 4-5 years' current Azure Active Directory implementation experience.
 Experience deploying Azure Active Must have technology experiences: Azure AD, AD Servers
Administration, ADFS, AAD Connect, AADC, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
 Extensive knowledge and understanding of Information Security, Identity & Access Management
(IAM), and Azure Active Directory technologies.
 Understanding and proven architectural experience on IAM, SSO, CIAM and ZeroTrust
frameworks
 Experience and Exposure of using / exposing RESTful APIs
 Experience working with multiple IAM-related technologies, such as Active Directory, LDAP,
HRMS, DBMS, and SaaS applications.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to communicate technical details in
a clear, understandable manner to multiple levels of an organization.
 Customer-focused with a strong interest in client satisfaction.
 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related area of study; or 10 or more years' related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must Have’s:
 Experience: Over 7 years which includes technology implementation, upgrades, migration,
architecting and IAM processes build in Azure AD
• Must have technology experiences: Azure AD, AD Servers Administration, ADFS, AAD Connect,
AADC, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
• Excellent understanding on custom domains, App proxy connector, ADDS services, RBAC,
conditional policies, MFA, SAML, OAuth SSO solutions

 User migration from on-Prem AD to B2B / B2C collaboration for application access
• Experienced in transforming manual user & access management processes to automated ones
using IAM technologies.
• Configuration, Administration & Design experience on any 3 of the following areas:
o Identity Management
o Access Governance
o Access Management
o Advanced/Adaptive Authentication
o Directory Services
o Federated Authentication and Identity Management
o Consumer / B2C IAM
o Vendor / Partner / B2B IAM
• Excellent documentation, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Java or Powershell development background preferred
• SCIM Connectors & Plugins development background preferred.

Good to Have:
 Demonstrates knowledge of cloud applications and open source technologies.
 Azure Active Directory AZ 500 certificate
