Role: Azure Data Scientist

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Chennai / Pune / Noida / Nagpur

Job Description:

1. Competent Data Scientist, who is independent, results driven and is capable of taking business requirements and building out the technologies to generate statistically sound analysis and production grade ML models
2. Independent problem solver/go getter
3. Data Scientist with expert level experience in Hadoop ecosystem and analysis tools including Hive/Spark
4. Strong understanding of Azure framework. Azure associate certification preferrable.
5. Expert in Databricks
6. Experience building H2O models (xgboost, logistic regression, neural networks, random forest)
7. Experience with MongoDB
8. Expertise in R and Jupiter notebooks
9. Expertise in Python/Spark and their related libraries and frameworks
10. Experience in building training ML pipelines and efforts involved in ML Model deployment
11. Experience in other ML concepts – Real time distributed model inferencing pipeline, Champion/Challenger framework, A/B Testing, Model
12. Expert in using the larger Hadoop ecosystem
13. Experienced  with creating and submitting Spark jobs (scheduling)
14. Unix/Linux expertise; comfortable with Linux operating system and Shell Scripting
15. Familiar with job scheduling challenges in Hadoop
16. Excellent problem-solving skills, with attention to detail, focus on quality and timely delivery of assigned tasks
