Job Purpose:

Functional SME and a SCRUM Master/Team Lead of banking domain with expertise in cash management and liquidity domain.

We are looking for an individual to be responsible and accountable for a POD deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand business requirements and translate into technical solutions across a wide array of products and technologies.
2. Analyze and understand the current Cash Management product offerings within the bank in general and in Virtual Account Management in particular.
3. Create business model and logical data models for cash management products.
4. Reverse engineer the business model for the Cash management products on existing applications.
5. Work in an agile cross functional team and collaborate with the business and architect team to help identify and define end to end flows and solutions.
6. Partner with the business as a member of the technology team and create and maintain the Functional design for the various modules in the platform.
7. Identify, create and maintain Functional Requirements as User Stories, User Interface requirements and Service interface requirements per the processes established in the organization.
8. Document and maintain User Stories, Functional Design, and System Specification.
9. Follow the SDLC process established in the organization and create and maintain all relevant requirements artefacts
10. Own end to end implementation including the Quality of the deliverables
11. Act as subject matter expert on Cash Management Domain
12. Understanding and Documenting Non-functional requirements
13. Hands-on experience in Project/Requirement management tools like Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Visio

Knowledge/Experience:

12+ year minimum Business Analyst experience with enterprise level financial applications

Skills Required:

1. Ability to understand customer business process and requirements and translate into a functional requirement across a wide array of products and technologies
2. Prior experience with Cash Management products specifically Payments, Core Banking and Liquidity Product Management
3. Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation of complex information and data) 
4. Prior experience with Agile and User Story writing
5. Ability to draft Process Flows, and Activity Diagrams
6. Good analytical and problem analysis skills
7. Excellent multitasking ability - Must have ability to track multiple issues, effectively manage time and competing priorities, and to drive results through partner organizations

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (in science, computers, information technology or engineering)
