Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 yrs of Salesforce.com experience and overall 6+ yrs
• Strong understanding of CRM and Salesforce.com from Sales, Service Cloud Implementation
• Experience with full project lifecycle of Salesforce.com implementations
• Certified in Salesforce Sales and or Service cloud
• Experience in the Agile environment
• Strong Customer Facing and ability to understand Customers requirements and pain points
• Conduct workshops, explain features & processes, elicit requirements andcapable of mapping functional requirements with SFDC
• Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria and sign off with customer
• Work with development team to get the development done as per requirements
• Design and Lead functional testing and ensure customer acceptability of the delivered solution
• Experience with requirements management / execution tools such as JIRA, TFS will be useful
• Any domain experience with Logistics domain will be a plus
