Location: PAN INDIA

Job Description: 

1. 4+ years’ experience in Salesforce

2. Well versant with SFDC configuration and customization

3. Ability to interact with technical and functional staff at all levels

4. Participate in business drawing Processes with respect to SFDC functionality

5. Participate in Stakeholder Meetings

6. Lead the design of the To-Be Solution Architecture of target SFDC application implementation

7. Review the technical specifications

8. Monitor and track project metrics and provide status updates to Key Stakeholders

9. Must be creative, innovative and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-cantered analysis and evaluation techniques

10. Self-Starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision

11. Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills

12. SFDC Certified professionals preferred - ADM 201 / APP BUILDER / Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Community Cloud / Platform Developer

Additionally, the profile must be able to draw process diagrams and create business documentation, to be able to work in Jira as well
