Job Description: 

1. The role demands very high level of commitment and sense of accountability and responsibility towards team.
2. Role requires person to be dynamic and very hands on not only in terms of technical knowledge but also in project, change, release, stakeholder management.
3. Owing to ever changing regulatory framework in various countries, changes will be very high impact and frequent for these global applications.
4. Candidate should be OK to work in challenging and demanding environment.
5. There is need for quick learner, who could understand different applications of global financial messaging at fast pace.

Skills Required:

1. Experience as a BA/PL with CBAP, PMP, CSP, CSPO Scaled Agile certifications.
2. Should have knowledge of cloud native technologies
3. In-depth knowledge of CBPR+ T2S, Payments Canada formats, HVPS +, PHILPASS, CHAPS, Fed and other ISO20022 formats.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take full accountability and responsibility of 2 applications as ISO20022 BA/PL lead in team.
2. Partner with all downstream applications effectively so that any changes could be communicated to them on time and are well tested.
3. Be 100% hands on.
4. Build strong relationships with partners, team members and all stakeholders.
5. Report status in concise way to all the stakeholders of global financial messaging team at predefined frequency.
6. Keep track of projects, programs, release’s (deliveries) and keep statuses aligned with stockholder’s requirement / deadlines.

Knowledge/Experience:

1. Candidate should be holding at least bachelor’s degree in Engineering or MCA/MCS
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in messaging, preferably in ISO20022 payments domain.
3. Good knowledge of SWIFT protocols and interface implementation.
4. Knowledge of SWIFT Fileact, Interact, FIN/MT messages and ISO20022 formats.
5. Experience in working with large set-up and businesses globally will be an advantage
