Job description:



1. 5-10 Years of banking experience as business analyst in managing core business processes in retail banking & private banking.  
2. Skilled in managing processes in core banking platforms     
3. Strong experience in managing processes in various CRM platforms i.e. Salesforce, Hub Front End, MS Dynamics.      
4. Hands-on experience in managing end to end lending projects across tier1 and tier2 UK banks. 
5. Strong experience in managing regulatory projects AML & Credit Risk.     
6. Strong experience in managing UK Banking Regulatory projects i.e. GDPR, PARS, PSD2, Categorization.     
7. Skilled in stakeholder management and CXO level engagement and negotiations.  
8. Well conversant with both development methodologies i.e. Waterfall & Agile.     
9. Multi years of experience working in offshore-onshore delivery model and managing team dynamics.
