Job Title : Business Analyst Apttus
Duration : 3+ months contract
Location : Remote (Anywhere in US)
Ideal Candidate will possess Contract Lifecycle Management, Apttus or Salesforce experience. Jira/Scrum also preferred.
Description:
• Responsible for day to day management of S2P systems including minor data updates, document uploads, user maintenance. Scope of systems include but are not limited to: Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and e-Sourcing.
• Host routine reviews with S2P stakeholders and IT to plan, prioritize and implement enhancements.
• Manage open system issues and system enhancements by liaising with IT and SMEs to find timely solutions.
• Attend various project calls including daily scrum, biweekly refinement calls and retrospectives.
• Communicate updates as necessary.
• Define requirements and update in Jira ticketing system using scrum methodology.
• Work closely with IT to create and test functional specifications to meet S2P user team needs.
• Run system reports to proactively identify and correct data errors.
• Monitor shared mailbox and respond to requests.
