Skills required to contribute:

1. Ability to analyze, reverse engineer and document use cases, scenarios, business rules and workflows for the current as well as future state product functionality and business processes
2. Ability to define testable stories, define user experience flows
3. Hands-on experience with participating and managing all stages of the software product life cycle
4. Technical background with knowledge of software development, basic database technologies and web technologies

Requirements

1. Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with Customers and Subject Matter Experts using interviews, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
2. Partner with Product Managers and Technical Team members for story elaboration, grooming and solutioning of user stories in the product backlog
3. Leads or participates in product functionality testing and validation, user acceptance testing, training sessions and release documentation efforts
4. Groom the product backlog with Product Management, Engineering and business users
5. Follow progress of work and address detail/information issues during sprints
