Business Solutions Analyst (Salesforce.com)

looking for talented Business Solutions Analyst ( Salesforce.com ) who will be working with one of the leading technology providers in the US. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and knowhow to collaborate effectively with domain experts and IT leadership team. Responsibilities · Partners with product owners to prioritize, analyze, define and manage backlog · Work closely with scrum team consisting of scrum master, solutions analysts, software engineers and QA · Responsible to design and document cross-functional and global solutions, drawing on expertise of functional and technical team members, as appropriate · Advises on solutions prepared by peers or supporting team, and champions good design practices · Drive the team communication, documentation and collaboration strategy using tools such as JIRA, Wiki, and SharePoint · Champion and evangelize best project management and Agile scrum disciplines Requirements In-depth domain knowledge of enterprise sales and subscription renewals processes Innovation, creativity and an outside-the-box mindset are all keys to your success as you work with stakeholders and delve into the real business needs of the client Ability to quickly build credibility and trust with team members and key stakeholders Team player not afraid to take on a challenge, complex problems, learn new technologies/domain Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills Ability to balance multiple tasks/priorities, consistently meeting deadlines BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Business or related field with a balanced business/technical background 7+ years of functional or technical experience with complex Sales Enablement or Sales Effectiveness Tools and Application(s) in an analyst and/or software engineer. Experience in Salesforce.com platform, HTML, CSS, Reach.js is preferred. Experience using SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application projects. Experience in a High-Technology, High-Growth, or High Paced environment or organization preferred.
