Role: Campaign Full Service Account Manager
Location: Bangalore
Job Description:
Customers
- Serve as the single point of contact for the customer around production operations
- Serve as the operational lead, responsible for coordinating the Adobe production team and ensuring the delivery of top quality work
- Work closely with the program lead; contribute to strategy and work to execute the vision the customer and program lead has laid out
- Responsible for customer satisfaction and managing expectations
- Help prepare and deliver QBRs to Customer executives, measure key metrics important to the customer when possible and report out on them
- Work with CSM to maintain a positive CSAT
People Leadership
- Manage Production team to ensure assets are delivered, QA’ed and executed in a quality and timely manner
- Drive agreed upon KPIs
- Lead partnership with onshore/customer to ensure continued efficiency and growth of the team
Knowledge & Solutions
- Grow, evolve and mature the Adobe Campaign full service processes and procedures – build efficiencies
- Drive, create, deploy, monitor and evolve the process, SLA and quality standards of the Full Service offering both onshore and offshore
- Continue to grow the skill sets of our Adobe full service team by mentoring and coaching on the tool
Scaling the Business
- Proactively identify new opportunities within the account
- Assist with renewal
- Participate in and help drive strategic initiatives specific to Full Service
KPIS
- Error free operations
- Zero escalations on the account
- Renewal & growth of the account
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience of working in a lead position for email marketing operations
- Adobe Campaign experience &/or certification is a plus
- Fluency in written & verbal English communication
- Proven track record of achievement of KPIs mentioned earlier
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Demonstrate ability to understand customer’s business
- Comfortable with MS office – e.g. pivots, lookups in MS excel
