Role: Citrix Administrator

Experience: 6 to 10 years

Location: Pune

Shift: Rotational shifts

Mandatory Skill: 

Job Description: 

1. Citrix Administration on XenApp and XenDektop version 7.x with multiple sites and farms
2. Maintain high availability and perform DR activities between multiple data centers
3. Creating and managing Master Image servers, Machine Catalogs and Delivery Groups
4. Installing and publishing applications to the users through XenApp Servers as per Client requirements
5. Working with multiple application teams and troubleshooting issues related to areas which has an impact on Citrix
6. Configuring Local and Network Printers Management in Citrix environment
7. Configuring and troubleshooting Windows Roaming Profile and Mandatory Profile
8. Capable to perform basic checks in GPO, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Active Directory Administration
9. Knowledge on PowerShell scripting, automation of Citrx administration tasks
10. Understanding of data center and networking topologies
11. Escalating issues and work with software vendor specific Technical Support
12. Review periodic reports of server health, resource usage, user experience, and overall environment performance
13. Drive service improvement programs. Ensure adherence to quality / security standards defined for the engagement Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents
14. Competent and demonstrated experience in ITIL processes: Incident, Request, Problem and Change Management
15. Willingness to work in shifts including nights and co-ordinate with the team to provide support as per Client's requirements
