Experience: 3+ years

Job Description:

1. Must have at-least 3+ years of experience working in Client Servicing
2. Strong Communication Skill - Written & Oral
3. Experience in managing and developing new client relationships within the full lifecycle of the account - from onboarding, ongoing account management, technical troubleshooting, to reporting
4. The ability of being meticulous, detail oriented and focused in driving daily conversations and deliverables (internal & external)
5. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements
6. Maintaining trackers, reports for client interaction, product / service usage
7. Driving and increasing value across existing clients
8. Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
9. Become the reliable point of contact for each client that is required to establish a strong business relationship
10. Remain in close communication with clients to comprehend their needs and specifications
11. Being the client custodian by building a long-term relationship with clients to maintain a high retention rate
12. Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of accounts 
13. Responsible for the overall functioning of the businesses in terms of creative output & strategy
