Job description:

1. 5+ years of experiencing working in IT Service Management
2. Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
3. Strong experience working with scripts and APIs to manage CMDB data
4. Experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) application and integration with CMDB
5. Thorough understanding of asset lifecycle states and minimum required fields for each state
6. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Excel formulas, functions, queries
7. Strong interpersonal skills such as active listening, communication, flexibility, and teamwork
8. Working knowledge of asset audits
9. Ability to manage and document the full lifecycle of customer incidents and requests
10. May assist in the business process redesign activities
11. May aid in business case development (i.e., research, data collection)
12. May develop user test cases and validate test results during testing
