Job Summary:

The Copado Lead + Architect will be responsible for leading the Copado team and providing architectural solutions to the Copado platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. They should have experience designing and developing custom solutions within the Copado platform and should be familiar with DevOps methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Copado team and provide architectural solutions to the Copado platform.

• Design and develop custom solutions within the Copado platform.

• Configure and administer the Copado platform to meet the organization's needs.

• Develop and maintain Copado-related documentation, including technical specifications, design documents, and user guides.

• Collaborate with other teams to ensure that Copado is integrated with other systems.

• Conduct training sessions for end-users and other stakeholders.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Copado platform and provide recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Copado development.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and integration capabilities.

• Experience in designing and developing custom solutions within the Copado platform.

• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies and tools.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, or Salesforce Architect are preferred.
