Role:

1. Manage CPQ systems enhancements and projects from start to finish – requirements analysis, consensus building, testing, documentation, and launch / training. • Facilitate business process reviews for requirement gathering & documentation; Translate business requirements into IT requirements, leveraging best practices and CPQ tool knowledge to deliver best user experience
2. Provide highest standards of CPQ systems support and enablement to field support, sales support and deal operations teams when it comes to quoting
3. Business ownership of day to day CPQ support, triage bugs & issues, provide input to sprint prioritization and track Jira ticketing process • Support complex projects related to GTM initiatives, sales productivity, user experience and be accountable for timely delivery of CPQ deliverables
4. Build effective proofs-of-concept for new solutions and technologies around CPQ that are easy to understand and consumable by non-technical teams
5. Partner closely with IT team on getting solutions and changes implemented in a timely manner
6. Create, maintain and deliver training and documentation for all new implementations, ensure CPQ system is well adapted by users as new processes are rolled out
7. Be a constant advocate for CPQ user experience

Must have:

Salesforce CPQ Business Analysis with 5 + years’ experience · Experience in at least two medium to large scale full-lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementations, with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales/ Service Cloud and Salesforce CPQ. · Strong functional knowledge of Quote-To-Cash, Configuration, Product catalog/modelling Pricing and Quoting functionality · Strong functional knowledge and experience in Asset based Ordering in Salesforce · Should have skills to analyse the existing requirements/customizations and come up with suitable ‘out-of-the box’ equivalent process in Salesforce · Should have business process re-engineering skills · Salesforce CPQ and either SFDC Administrator or Developer certification.
