• Functional Consultant with strong Telecom domain knowledge
• Extensive SFDC, Salesforce CPQ & Apttus experience
• Thorough in Business processes design and functional understanding of OSS/BSS applications used for Voice, Mobility, iPTV, Broadband products
• In depth understanding of Mass Market, Enterprise, MVNO Business Models and scenarios
• Proven experience of  Requirement Elicitation, Functional and Process Design for CRM application
