Job Description Summary

As a CRM Application Architect, you will be building solutions that directly help users transform their business. You are a technical leader, who will liaison with business partners, technical resources, external vendors and project stakeholders to build quality solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a hands on technical expert on Salesforce.com - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Lightning and Salesforce platform
2. Develop Solutions, prototypes based on requirements, independent to collaborating with delivery teams on design and development
3. Lead functional and technical solution design activities, creation of application and integration design documents that use Salesforce.com standard methodologies
4. Engage with Global Sales, Marketing & Service organizations to understand business processes & system requirements
5. Manage expectations, negotiate solutions to complex problems with both business teams and IT peers
6. Support and solve key implementation & production issues and demonstrate ability to drive successful resolution
7. Drive Salesforce.com design & development decisions to implement best practices standards - Security, Performance, Reusable Design and Development
8. Manage the salesforce change/release management processes
9. Excellent overall understanding of the Salesforce core product suite combined with deep understanding of CRM business processes in sales, marketing & customer service.
10. Hands on development knowledge of relevant Salesforce architecture concepts, data & security structures, enterprise integration, as well as configuration and customization options (including Apex, Lightning, Custom UI, JS, Integration, API etc.)
11. Completion of several Salesforce.com implementation to demonstrate experience all areas of Salesforce customization and development
12. Web development experience including CSS, JavaScript, HTML5, AJAX, jQuery
13. Knowledge of Oracle DB SQL is a plus
14. Development experience with Integration tools. Informatica Cloud/PowerCenter is a plus
