Role: Customer Service Manager

Experience:  9+ years of experience

Location: Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai

Required skill set:

  1.  Account Management / Client facing experience
  2. Experience / Knowledge in Digital, Analytics, Cloud, ERP solutions – Not necessarily hands on, since this is a client facing role, should know to walk the talk
  3. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to engage with key client contacts and C level executives
  4. Revenue and profitability growth focus
  5. Focus on Client’s success
  6. Interface with client project managers regularly and focus on growth of engagement
  7. Generate new business opportunities by way of account mining
  8. Discuss and influence client needs, expectations and satisfaction in the area of service delivery
  9. Accountable for accurate monthly resource forecasting and demand fulfillment
  10. Ability to Propose organizational service offering mapping to specific client needs
  11. Completely own monthly billing and collections for assigned area - invoice creation, coordination with client finance/ delivery stakeholders to validate invoices and ensure timely collection of payments
  12. Good understanding of project financials, MS Excel, etc
  13. Good knowledge of various SDLCs, Project management, planning and organizational skills.

People Management Skills:

  1. People Management, Connect to consultants regularly, understand their performance, resolve issues and guide their career growth.
  2. Excellent relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
  3. Good team player with an ability to become a coach and motivate
