Role: Cyber Security Analyst - L1

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune

Job Decription:

1. 2-4 Years Hands on experience in SIEM (Splunk, ArcSight) for incident Analysis, deep dive on security Alert, creation of Dashboard/Reports

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Willingness to work 24x7 Security Operation Center (SOC) environment
2. Document and create a ticket for identified incidents
3. Monitor\Analyze the events and alerts generated by SIEM tool
4. Incident prioritization and assignment, Validate and reduce the incidents for false positive
5. Provide proactive defense of customer’s digital and technology solutions against cyber security threats
6. Work closely with departments across the organisation to ensure threats and vulnerabilities are remediated effectively
7. Communicating your findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable fashion, focussing on real-world impact and with pragmatic options for resolution
8. Monitor a range of security systems, resolving and documenting findings accurately.
9. Familiarity with SIEM architecture, integration, configure log sources for a variety of environments
10. Contribute playbooks for new monitoring use cases

Skill Set:

1. 2-4 Years Hands on experience in SIEM (Splunk, ArcSight) for incident Analysis, deep dive on security Alert, creation of Dashboard/Reports
2. Good understanding of common security threats and vulnerabilities
3. Security process improvement
4. Good logical analytical abilities
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills
6. Ability to partner with teams such as developers, vendors, analysts, and project managers
