Job description:

1. 6+ Years of relevant functional experience in Dynamics 365 /AX 2012 Human Resource, Time sheets and attendance modules. Hire to retire.
2. Have complete setup understanding of Hire to Retire processes.
3. Understanding of Payroll ISVs will be added advantage.
4. Complete Understanding of D365 F&O with various deployment options. Understanding of LCS (Life Cycle services)
5. Have worked on at least 3 end to end D365 HR implementation. • Experience on working with complex Integrations like payroll, External time sheet applications.
6. Must have experience to evaluate and do Fit &Gap analysis.
7. HR module Data import/Export management.
8. Ability to communicate at the technical, business and personal levels with colleagues and business stakeholders to develop solution proposals including scope, assumptions, implementation plan and technology solution
9. Excellent analytical skills to debug financial reconciliations and auditing issues.
10. Experienced in testing tools like RSAT will be added advantage.
11. Training and documentation expertise.
