Responsibilities include:

1. ·Identify valuable data sources and automate collection processes
2. ·Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data
3. ·Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns
4. ·Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms
5. ·Combine models through ensemble modeling
6. ·Present information using data visualization techniques
7. ·Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges
8. ·Estimates efforts, identify risks & provide technical support whenever needed.
9. ·Demonstrates the ability to multitask & re-prioritize responsibilities based on dynamic requirements.
10. ·Leading & mentoring small-sized teams.

Must Have’s:

1. ·Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in machine learning/ statistics / mathematics/ computer science
2. · 5-10 years of hands-on experience developing and working on end-to-end data science lifecycle: from building POCs to production-ready models & work with engineers to deploy them to production
3. ·Ability to understand and leverage traditional statistical and mathematical modelling with new age AI/ML techniques
4. ·Experience with R, Python, Spark, TensorFlow, PyTorch and Big data platforms like Apache Spark
5. ·Solid experience in designing and implementing machine learning models, metrics and application of feature engineering techniques to solve customer's problems
6. ·Execute and take ownership of AI/ML projects end-to-end. Good exposure to various deep learning algorithms and frameworks
7. ·Lead junior data analysts/scientists on the project- work distribution and timeline planning for the projects, training and guiding them
8. ·Design frameworks in data sciences (R, Python, Amazon ML, Google ML, Spark etc) to be used for relevant projects
9. ·Effectively interact with stakeholders/ clients in resolving their asks and queries along with testing and verifying their deliverables and refining them.
10. ·Evaluate and use the best frameworks for machine learning pipelines, data visualization, model training and evaluation and model deployment.
11. ·Keep updated on latest research in AI and deep learning and find ways in which it can be used to solve business problems
12. ·Must possess business sense and consulting behaviour to identify and breakdown problems.
13. ·Ability to provide creative and innovative approaches to problem solving
14. ·Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
15. ·Effectively communicate and work with all stakeholders involved
16. ·Experience in working with the customer directly which includes initial requirement gathering, day-to-day discussions
17. ·Should possess excellent oral, written, problem-solving and analytical skills.
18. ·Must be able to succeed with minimal resources and supervision.
