What you will deliver!!

• Experience to code and develop programs with CSS, Payloads, SQL and Java classes, Rest/SOAP API’s, Python etc.,
• Writing and implementing efficient code for payloads through API’s
• Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
• Deploying software tools, processes, and metrics
• Perform unit testing and debug and /or Fix issues.
• Exposure to Maintenance and support
• Training users and team internally
• Participate and brainstorm Code Reviews
• Identify technical and logical errors and fix them in timely manner.
• Prepare and review Technical Documentation.
• Good Experience on Workflow’s and process builders
• Maintaining and upgrading existing systems
• Provide great customer service for users across the organization in response to support requests.
• Should have excellent communication skills – oral, written, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Zuora Exposure to below:

• Good hands on experience on Account, contact and billing, payment, and Tax setup.
• Exposure in Order actions for subscription management
• Excellent Understanding to Product catalog and charge models
• Experience in Bill Runs, Billing Document posting, cancel, apply payment and DM/CM along with regenerate and share billing documents.
• Good hands on configure reports, Share, and extract data from data sources.
• Ability to Run Workflows, test and integrate with Tax Engines.
• Product catalog, Quoting templates and subscription lifecycle management.
• Understanding on Application processors, Data augmentation
• Hands on JavaScript, SQL, CSS, jQuery, Python, Rest/Soap API’s etc.,
• Zuora Admin/Developer Certification
