Job Requirements:

•                     Candidates must be willing to work in EST hour

•                     Flexible schedule; Open to multiple locations across India

•                     Comfortable interacting with all levels of management

•                     Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure

Skills Required:

•                     3+ years of DevOps including design and development of CI/CD experience in an agile/iterative delivery structure and is viewed as a subject matter expert

•                     1-5 years of prior experience in Salesforce and Technical Support with configurations and/ or development.

•                     Integration experience on Salesforce.com using SOAP and REST API’s.

•                     Demonstrated analysis, problem-solving and troubleshooting expertise

•                     CRM , Ordering & Billing experience – preferred

•                     Copado Admin and Developer Certifications is an asset
