Role: DevOps Sr. Architect

Preferred Location: India (Hyderabad / Pune)

 Overall Years of experience of over 10 years
 Must have 5 + years of hands on experience managing the software development process
and create an automated delivery pipeline that assists in building software more
efficiently
 Has working knowledge of all aspects DevSecOps process –
o Continuous Build, Integration, testing, Deployment, Security and Delivery
o Infrastructure management and monitoring (E.g. Grafana, Prometheus,
SumoLogic)
o Strong knowledge of DevOps Platform tooling (E.g. Jenkins, Terraform, and
Docker. Etc.)
o Automation service provisioning, containerizations and middleware
configuration
o Have good understanding of DORA metrices and has achieved it
o Knowledge on CloudBees would be great advantage
 Must have Dev(Sec)Ops advisory and consulting experience work with senior leadership
teams of clients (Engineering Heads, Head of Technology, Head of DevOps etc.)
 Should have experience is DevOps Maturity Assessment (People, Process, Culture, Tools) and Value Stream Management
 Should have ability to take following responsibilities when on DevOps projects /
programs:
o Facilitating the development process and operations.
o Identifying setbacks and shortcomings.
o Creating suitable DevOps channels across the organization.
o Establishing continuous build environments to speed up software development.
o Designing efficient DevSecOps practices.
o Delivering comprehensive best practices.
o Managing and reviewing technical operations.
o Guiding and Coaching the development teams
 Experience of Agile development, DevOps models or similar methodologies
 Demonstrate a leadership mindset, solid operational experience, and the ability to problem-solve
 Should have exceptional communication skills, be knowledgeable about the latest industry trends, and highly innovative
Good to have (not mandatory) –
o Certified DevOps credentials on an of the cloud platforms (Azure/GCP/AWS)
o Application Development experience
o Working knowledge on git / gitops
o DORA Certified
