Job Description:

Candidate with 6-8 years of relevant experience on delivering Solution Designs for RFPs/RFIs
around Digital Workplace Services around Service Desk, Field Support and Workplace (proactive,
predictive, preventive, sentiment) Analytics.

Primary Skill:

Must Have: 

Service Desk, RFP, RFI, RFQ, Field Support, Analytics, Workplace, Workplace Automation, SCCM, MDM, VDI, Workplace Engineering, Asset Management, M365/O365, Communication & Collaboration.

Responsibility:

Build Target Operating Models for emerging needs
 Strong documentation skills (Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Project) including creating
animations in PPT
 Ability to create commercial models, effort estimation, business case building with quick
turnaround time
 Excellent communication skills with fluent English language skills
 Experience of handling medium to large scale opportunities (50M and above)
 Work closely with Sales teams in identifying and nurturing opportunities and liaise with
Delivery teams to ensure building an operations engine and transformation themes aimed at
optimizing cost while enhancing customer value.

Participate in Solution Defense calls and present the solution to the customer.
 Customer facing experience for proactive and reactive opportunities
 Demonstrate innovative and transformative solutions, along with business aligned solutions
 An experienced Digital Workplace Architect or Consultant with experience in the architecture
and design of End User Computing or Digital Workplace solutions.
 Integrate and tailor Technical solutions from various solution consultant across verticals. 
 Must be motivated, independent and self-sufficient. Able to perform assigned tasks and see
it through to completion with minimal supervision.
 Must be well organized, a good communicator, able to effectively prioritize tasks, and
manage projects from concept to production.
 Must be able to write thorough and concise functional and design specifications as well as
easily readable end user documentation.
 Must be able to brainstorm with others, thrive in a collaborative team environment, multi task,
and quickly adapt to change.
 Open to travel domestic and international

Skills required:
 Endpoint Engineering, Modern Workplace, O365 and collaboration
 Strong expertise in the Microsoft Stack including Windows 10 and 11, EMS Suite, Azure AD,
Office Integrations across M365
 Technical knowledge of cross platform virtualization solutions on industry popular platforms
like (AVD, Citrix, VMware Horizon)
 Experience with cloud-delivered solutions such as UEM platforms like SCCM, Intune,
VMware Workspace One, Altris
 ITIL Foundation Certification
 MS-100 Certification
 MD100/101 Certification
 AZ-900 Certification
