Desirable characteristics:

1. XPath or knowledge of XML
2. Consultant should at a minimum have experience as a Salesforce developer with strong knowledge and expertise working on integrations, administering managed packages, visualforce and APEX code 
3. Ideally the consultant should have DocuSign CLM expertise, however, if not we are looking for a consultant who has an eagerness to grow and learn more about DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management
4. We are looking for a consultant to be a self-starter and curious. They should have a mindset that there is always something new to learn and be willing to complete self paced and instructor led trainings
5. Persistence - they may not know everything about DocuSign CLM but we do not want someone who will easily give up
6. Good communication with the business to understand the ask and provide updates
