Job Responsibilities:

1. Writes efficient, re-usable, optimal, and well documented code.
2. Designs, codes, tests and documents software programs for systems of the moderate to high complexity and engages in peer code reviews.
3. Perform architecture, design and review of development policies for adherence to standards and best practices
4. Participates in client/ external interactions on technical matters.
5. Drives engineering processes for the project such as build automation, unit testing, software configuration management and packaging.
6. Being a team player and adhering to project schedule. 
7. Writing code enhancements and supporting existing code. 
8. Providing guidance to junior developers in the team 
9. Should have good logical skills and experience in delivering good quality code.  
10. Provide software solutions to customer issues and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements / new tools.
11. Interacts with business users, I/T, vendors and customers to Identify potential tasks with production teams, customers and implement Robotic Process Automation including other applicable technologies for current and future application requirements

Required Skills:

Expected to work on rotational shifts as needed

Technical skills:

1. 8 to 10 years of relevant experience as Lead developer using Microsoft technologies
2. At least 3 year hands on knowledge in database programming preferably using SQL Server
3. Should have solid knowledge of XML, Java Script, service (SOAP/REST) concepts.

Desired Skills:

1. Knowledge of Web server (IIS), Web API 
2. Proficient exposure on WCF, WPF, Angular js and MVC 3.0 above
3. Experience with Entity Framework and LINQ.

Domain Knowledge:

1. Healthcare, Banking & Financial, Supply Chain or Manufacturing
2. BPO industry related domain background.

Preferences:  

1. Graduate degree in Computer Science with 8 to 10 years of experience as Lead developer using Microsoft technologies
2. 1 to 2 years of team handling experience
3. Dot.Net Framework Professional Certification
