Experience: Overall 8+ years (6-8 years - relevant)

Job Description:

1. The candidate is expected to have 8 to 12 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM and should have an experience of 6 – 8 years working on HCM Cloud implementation projects
2. Candidate should have prior experience in PeopleSoft HCM and later in HCM Cloud for Core HR, Payroll and T&L Modules.
3. The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
4. Should have designed and developed integrations using HDL (for inbound) and BIP & HCM Extracts (for outbound)
5. Apart from the above experience, knowledge in OIC would is required.
6. Should be deeply familiar with data transformation techniques while developing various extracts
7. Should have developed extracts across various HCM Cloud modules & understand the nuances involved
8. Good communication – oral and written
