Position Overview:

Need for an Offshore level ETL developer to handle data loads and transformation from our CRM

systems and databases.

Job description:

1. Data exchanges from AWS, QlikMart, Oracle, Salesforce
2. Meets analytics team to learn, assess and create functional and technical requirements for ETL needs.
3. Proven work experience as an ETL Developer with informatica and Oracle 11G a plus
4. Clear communication skills.
5. Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.
6. Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP).
7. Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for design, support and development efforts.
8. Provide technical assistance and context when working to design target to source mapping and dashboards

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree - Computer Science, MIS or equivalent
2. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
3. Experience working on enterprise ETL platform such as Informatica and Oracle 11G and a proven track record working on data management projects and scaling up to get a big-picture idea of the company’s data
4. Proven work experience as an ETL Developer and collaborating with Qlik/Tableau developers
5. Direct exposure to Salesforce data and data sets preferred
6. Direct experience working on life sciences or HIT data projects
7. Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
8. Software engineering with Java SE & EE (Java, JSF, SQL) preferred
9. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools
10. Experience with Agile development methodologies such as XP/SCRUM
11. A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment
12. Interested in developing their professional network through participation in technology user groups, networking events, and technology organizations
