Job description:

1. 4-7 years of experience in the development
2. Own the coding/design of a sub-module
3. Review the requirements and provide simple, workable solutions
4. Design and document the sub-module working with the tech-lead
5. Implement the critical parts of the module
6. Ensure coding standards, proper design patterns, writing test cases, and project mgmt processes are followed
7. Mentor the junior programmers
8. Peer and junior programmer's code review
9. Work independently and proactively to deliver production-ready code with minimal guidance

Requirements:

1. Strong experience in developing backend systems
2. Backend Exp: Preferred prior experience in stack React, NodeJS.
3. Prior experience in Recat. Js and Node. Js is also welcomed if the candidate is willing to work on any of the above-mentioned stacks.
4. Ability to work in a team structure and deliver projects on time.
5. Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills in super changing environment
6. Understanding of algorithms and data structures.
