Job Description:

1. 4-12 years of SAP FICO design and implementation experience across multiple FI and CO modules.
2. Confident of driving Large Projects/Programs involving C-level executives.
3. Demonstrated leadership and the ability to lead change in highly dynamic,fast-paced, and constantly evolving environments.
4. Facilitate and drive consensus with key stakeholders.
5. Confident in leading delivery team through solution design, development, testing, cutover & Go-Live
6. Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and be comfortable leading large teams
7. Solid IT vendor partnership skills.
8. Experience in S/4 Hana implementation
9. Good Finance process experience with R2R, P2P, O2C, Taxation, Financial
10. Planning, and Reporting in ECC, BW, HANA and other BI environments.
11. Deep knowledge with the core SAP FI & CO modules and understanding of key integration points across MM and SD modules.
12. Ability to directly work with the business users to define scope and analyse business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs.
13. Good understanding of necessary SAP configurations, Functional specifications for development of custom programs, testing and implementing the automated solutions.
14. PMP/Agile certification is preferred
