Job description:

1. Developing a good understanding of the Business and System(s) 
2. Understand the project requirements and translate them to the requirements and specifications
3. Liaising with Customer Business users and Functional Consultants for clarifications, queries and review
4. Identifying Risks and slippages and Highlight to the management
5. Identifying the integration strategy and integration approach
6. Definition of the integration patterns 
7. Preparation of the Interface Specifications Design Document
8. Support the testing phase (System Testing, SIT, UAT, Non-Regression Testing) and ensure quick turnaround of defect fixes.
9. Managing and monitoring functional traceability matrix

Your Opportunity:

You will be working on a large program for customers in the Core banking product implementation and integration space.

Your Qualifications:

1. Bachelor of Engineering
2. 7+ years in software development
3. In-depth knowledge of FLEXCUBE v 12.x , 14.x modules, maintenances, components, services, data model , fields and data dependencies.
4. Must demonstrate expertise in Banking Domain (Retail banking), complex financial analyses, regulatory guidelines
5. Must have expertise in Payment modules, Payment domain (SWIFT , SEPA )
6. Strong Knowledge of FLEXCUBE maintenances set up 
7. Working knowledge of ORACLE PL/SQL queries and other related operations
8. Must have experience in Data mapping and documentation 
9. Extremely strong in communication skills, strong influencing & negotiating skills
10. Must have business acumen to design test scenarios and test data, considering current and future customer usability
11. Experience in working with global delivery models, leveraging cross location distributed teams
12. Able to work independently and perform responsibilities under minimal supervision

Our Ideal Candidate:

1. Must be from the Banking domain 
2. Expertise in FLEXCUBE v 12.x ,14.x
3. Strong knowledge in FLEXCUBE services and data model 
4. Strong knowledge in Payments 
5. Excellent communication skills with customer liaising and customer facing experience

Responsibilities:

Filtration criteria:

1. 7+ years of experience in FLEXCUBE functional and technical
2. 4+ years of experience in Payments domain
3. Knowledge of SQL is mandatory
